Toss with dressing just before serving to prevent sogginess

This recipe uses heart-healthy extra virgin olive oil and super simple ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry or can grab at your local grocery store

It can brighten up boring green salads, and its very quick to throw together just before serving

If youre not as close with the couple (or if you think there may be some awkwardness), you may want to reach out to a family member or someone in the wedding party instead

This keeps it fresh for up to three days

This dressing will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator (as long as you are using fresh ingredients to start with), but I like to use it within a week
