Try wearing a tissue turtleneck under an open-neck or strapless dress, or style tall boots with thick tights or tall socks

Slide the top lining piece inside of the skirt upside down, so that the bottom edge of the lining and the top of the skirt are aligned

It can be styled for winter with a turtleneck and boot, or for summer with a sundress and sandals
