And it determines its color identity
Most times, this MTG Aristocrats deck doesnt care about our creatures dying (in fact, that is what we want!)

The rest of the cards in the deck provide support in a variety of ways: Potions allow us to restore some Health to Pokmon whose Health is at a critical threshold, Teacher Research and Pok Ball speed up the flow of cards from the deck to the hand, and X Speed allows us to remove a Pokmon at the cost of one less Energy, which helps to maintain the huge advantage we get from Misty.
