Rutherglen Moscato Nero d'Avola Fruit dominates the palate viaA blend of three parcels of fruit, each from different regions within Victoria. Each parcel was machine harvested in the cool of the early morning, then crushed immediately into the press. Each juice parcel was cold settled and clarified prior to fermentation. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks for approximately 14 days at temperatures of approximately 13 Celsius. The wine was blended, fined and clarified prior to bottling in early May
