It all depends on how a deck would use them, and each mode compliments the other a little

The tokens copy exactly what was printed on the permanent and nothing else (unless that permanent was copying something else or was a token

For example, rather than having a card that destroys only an Artifact or Enchantment (card types not as commonly used as Creatures), you find a Cursed Idol that gives you an additional, evergreen choice to create a Treasure token, and also venture into the dungeon (see the last point)

It just seems weaker than what a legendary god should be doing
