Cabaretti Confluence does it all

If there's one downside to this card, it's that both its other abilities are focused on Towns , a new type of land that is only in the Final Fantasy set so far
The main thing is that Arena and paper MTG are now going in different directions
Hopefully this artifact support transitions from absolutely necessary to nice to have for all white decks over time, but given what weve seen from most recent Commander products, its probably going to be a while before were at that point
