This deck is purely a disruption deck, and Sharpen Claws is one of the better disruption attacks in the game, giving you a chance to discard up to three of your opponents cards from their hand, something that could completely cripple their setup with a turn 2 Sharpen Claws, which isnt too hard to do with Persian being a Stage 1 Pokmon and its attack only costing one Energy
