Marino Dried Whole Tuono Almonds from Sicily srp-79 each drop evokes memories ofThese aromatic, naturally dried Almonds are harvested in the sun drenched hills of Marino Farms in southeast Sicily. Grown on hills just east of the ancient city of Syracuse, the almond and carob groves are well adapted to the hot Sicilian smmers and cool spring breezes. The Tuono variety is a beautifully shaped almond, prized for it's rich flavor and high content of almond oil. Perfect for making Sicilian pesto, tossed in salads or roasted with fish.
