BDTX 1535 is a fourth generation EGFR inhibitor that overcomes resistance to Osimertinib, the standard of care for EGFR mutant nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC). BDTX 1535 works well in NSCLC carrying C797S. Importantly, BDTX 1535 can cross the blood brain barrier and potentially treat CNS metastases in NSCLC. BDTX
