An Egyptian Hematite Set Square Amulet, Late Period, ca. 664 - 332 BCE Scarabs her face with largeFrom the Twenty sixth Dynasty on, two amulets are almost always found together the carpenter's set square, as seen here, and plummet (see EA2372). The set square takes the form of two often unequal lengths of square rod which meet at a right angle.
