Juri, Master of the Revue Juri, Master of the Revue is a very straightforward Rakdos commander
However, its all a matter of RNG, and if Misty fails, this is just another powerful Mega Evolution, with nothing special to boot Overall, even with lower HP and higher Energy requirement, Mega Gyarados EX is a better Water-type Mega with its insane 3-card discarding tech
Both are sorcery-speed (unfortunately), but still quite strong
