This card is very old, but its still pretty good in modern Commander, and it establishes a benchmark that holds true even now: a card that costs two mana should earn you +1 extra land
Infuse with Vitality and Back for More can keep Zangief or one of his comrades in the fight (its like pressing Continue when you lose a match), and staple ramps like Cultivate and Skyshroud Claim round things out because you cant do without some terrain landscaping in the ring
Even just staying in mono-white, you would have access to Enlightened Tutor, Idyllic Tutor and Moon-Blessed Cleric, which can all search it up in the early game
