As for the card itself, Inalla is a powerful build-around-me commander restricted to the Wizard tribe, which means that every deck built around her is going to look the same -- not a criticism, just a fact
There are a ton of ways out there to take advantage of Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder, but you won't find many of them in Entropic Uprising
