Domaine Belema Epsilon Virginis 2022 Australia Grape: SousonGrape: Altesse Vintage: 2022 Type: white 100% Altesse (Roussette de Savoie) planted by Yann on limestone scree. direct pressed and fermented in a mix of sandstone amphora and terracotta eggs. Aged for one year. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2. These young vines already deliver a gorgeous wine, very delicate, with notes of citrus and white flowers. The palate is very energetic without lacking depth and flesh, with notes of stone fruits in the finish.
