This gorgeous black opal snake pendant was originally an antique stick pin (circa 1890-1910) transformed with the addition of a gold bail and pearl dangle

It is in very good condition with minimal enamel loss to the periphery (visible only under magnification)

The insect was originally a 14k gold pin from the early 20th century (circa 1920-1930) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin stem and welding on a 9ct gold chain

and we are selling it with or without the 20 inch sterling silver chain depicted in the photos
