This village comes from various vineyards in and around Saint Aubin that are about 100 meters higher than the average, so the nights are cool and the acids are nicely preserved even in a warm year like 2019. Fermented for 50% on oak and 50% on stainless steel, after which a 10 month aging in oak. Brilliant color with yellow reflections.
