Meticulously crafted

Very fine with very minimal cottons can be seen in the piece

This is due to the fact that beads are often taken from sides of the jadeite plate after the most valuable part to make other pieces such as bangles are taken

Donut is a popular carving as it is able to retain the jadeite material as its best

JO224001 The Icy Green Gourd Blue Jadeite this piece will be sentThis gourd jadeite is a great example of how pure and clean a jadeite can be. With a simple 18k hook setting to showcase the lustrous colors and purity of the jadeite. At a closer look, you can see a faint blue glow that emits from the sides of the gourd. Cottons that usually appear in jadeite have melted away, leaving an extremely fine texture that jadeite enthusiasts usually seek. The last two pictures are captured under natural light setting.
