Perhaps it's for a life-gain deck where you equip it to a bat with lifelink and flying in the mid-to-late game to attack

Aside from the fact that he turns song cards into card draw and cheats out big cards, the artwork is awesome (and hes the only Goofy Movie entrant on this list)
