For sale here is a nice Young Pattern 16A fly reel
How much do I enjoy spending time researching the origins of a $400 reel
Homer Jennings 7' 2/2 #4 Bamboo Rod 7 Weight unlike many visesThis is an early Homer Jennings rod, built in the late 70's. Excellent+ condition especially considering its age. Honey lemon transparent silk wraps. Original bag and tube. I would describe it as medium fast dry fly action. The ring is missing from the reel seat and the butt cap needs to be re glued. I've discounted the rod accordingly and you can get a replacement nickel silver ring from Homer with no problem.
