窖陳時間超過12年才上市。​混合在瓶中窖藏超過20年以上的基酒。​建議溫度9-10度C​。酒莊特有的風格，恰到好處的氣泡，形成柔滑的口感與具膨脹感的果實風味。​

葡萄在手工採收後，80%全程在橡木桶中發酵，其餘20%在陶罐中進行發酵，降低氧化培養的程度。再混合分開獨立釀造，產自Ambonnay的黑皮諾紅酒，比例約為8%~10%後裝瓶窖藏，平均在瓶中培養4年後才除渣，Dosage 同樣只有2 g/L的極少量。
