While it is a bit of a shame that Obelisk the Tormentor's second artwork doesn't feature any sort of background, the art itself is still overall strong enough on its own
It all comes down to doing a little homework and understanding the market dynamics for your specific card
Perhaps best of all, they feel amazing to shuffle
