Obzedat has a nice enter effect, and it auto-blinks, so you always get that value, almost like you had an enchantment that does that every turn
Orcish Bowmasters has lost its 'enter the battlefield trigger' - now it only deals damage and amasses Orcs when an opponent draws a card (excluding the first pulled in their draw step)
I've already covered a vast majority of the cards on the constructed list between my best instants and best card-drawing cards articles, so anything I might have to say about 50-60% of the cards on this list would be redundant
The idea is simple: Get ahead on the board, then wipe everyones mana so the opponent cant catch up
This commander is a little harder to build around since you depend on your opponents graveyards more than your own
