The non-budget build is essentially the ultra-budget build in reverse: we keep the same theft cards but upgrade the mana base and utility spells, with Inquisition of Kozilek becoming Thoughtseize, a fetch landforshock land mana base better supporting Fatal Push and a small white splash for Prismatic Ending in the sideboard as a catch-all removal spell
