With any commander decklist there's infinite improvements, tweaks and changes to be made, so take them as a starting point (especially the mana bases, as they are based on what I own on Magic Online and not what's most competitive)
Hunting Pack is expensive enough that it will play more like a trap for opposing players taking big turns than something you try to go off with, and Galvanic Relay is more enabler than payoff
Dusk // Dawn : The Dawn side allows you to return all creature cards with power 2 or less from your graveyard to your hand
Additionally, WotC also decided to experiment with powerful asymmetrical lock effects somewhere around War of the Spark
Broadside Bombardiers probably doesnt read as powerful as it is, but its a Vintage Cube-caliber card
For a mana cost of XX, you can copy any activated or triggered ability you control X times
