It is easy to misplay with Izzet Charm, I find I intuitively want to hold it over say another burn spell or counterspell when I have two options on what to do based on it's future potential utility

Additionally, M21 Draft Boosters occasionally contain borderless cards

Its an all-around fascinating support card that can quickly snowball into a massive game-ending threat

A catch-up mechanic that doesnt completely kill the card when youre ahead is unheard of, and is something we need to see more of from Wizards of the Coasts design team
