Depending on how I wanted to use this card I would either put this card in a water and electric deck so I can use Double Wing attack and do 30 damage to each defending Pokemon or I would put this card in a dark type deck and just use its Poke-Power and be able to trasfer dark energy cards whenever I want

You can also use cards that let you cast from the top of your library, like Magus of the Future and Melek, Izzet Paragon
