Volcano Swallows by Nicholas Size:M - 50 x 70cm and cool blue-greys that driftVolcano Swallows places darting birds against the raw drama of an erupting landscape. Nicholas draws on retro inspired line work and vivid, graphic colour to build a scene that pulses with energy and movement. The composition is playful yet commanding foreground figures cutting across a turbulent volcanic backdrop in a style that recalls vintage travel posters filtered through a contemporary sensibility. Tension and delight exist in equal measure.
