Ideal to create that worn-in aged look on a 50's reissue Strat
it is semi-translucent resulting in the bass body being visible through this pickguard
which are of course very hard to obtain nowadays
The reason why most people take the covers off of their pick-ups is to get more power as the slug poles are too far away from the strings in comparison to the screw poles
) This pickguard will NOT fit a standard or signature series Fender Stratocaster or any import version of a Stratocaster
Fender Tele Thinline Deluxe Classic Player - Red Black Red Musicmaster 1957 - 1975 Ideal to create that worn-inThe Fender Classic Player Telecaster is styled after the Telecasters of the early 1970s that had a warmer sound popular with jazz players. This replacement pickguard will only fit the Classic Player version of the Tele Thinline Deluxe. Made from 3 ply shiny red black red plastic material, 2. 3mm thick. We cut this with a 45 degree bevelled edge and there is a clear protective film on top to protect the pickguard during installation.
