Sauvignon Blanc 2025, Murdoch Hill, Adelaide Hills Red Gros MansengThis is a really impressive, classy expression of Sauvignon Blanc from high altitude vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, much cooler and more restrained than the tropi bomb Marlborough iterations. 30% of this ferments and ages in old oak barrels to give it a lovely texture and mouthfeel alongside the grassy, citrus and passion fruit notes.
