Cask No. 6.72 Rye With a little water weAbout Fruitful endeavours: Here we married Spanish oak Oloroso sherry and American oak PX sherry casks for an ultra small batch bottling. The sherry influence shines through with wave after wave of fudge, honeycomb and butterscotch. Cherries, oranges, salted dark chocolate and cabinet spices round out this 17 year old triumph!
