Cask No. 26.219 Canada The nose offered sherryWe opened a bag of rainbow mix popping candy before we reached for a refreshing strawberry, lime and tapioca pearls bubble tea a colourful affair. On the palate, green pineapple jalapeno ice cream was soon followed by ripe strawberries with cracked black pepper and, in the finish, a lovely balance of sweet and tart, with candied limes.
