Cask No. 53.428 Cognac sherry and smoke – rich

sherry and smoke – rich and slightly challenging for some

A soft and sweet texture reminded some of juicy tropical fruit gums and toasted brioche while for others it was baked pears with a Sauternes custard sauce

bark and recycled mushroom compost was soon joined by the scent of a brand new Mackintosh raincoat and sweet gooseberry pickle – intriguing

The palate still had a lively mixture of watermelon

There was a true dichotomy on the nose neat with the fresh

About Scents of a haunted mansion: This is a classic style of a member favourite distillery, with as much vanilla sweetness as smoked bacon peat to offer. Dont forget the seafood tower and toasted marshmallows on the finish. We love the full bodied expression that shines through refill ex bourbon wood. Tasting Panel Note: The nose combined buttered popcorn, croissants and brazil nuts
