Description

US & NZ hops in a ripping clean West Coast IPA base

We love the concept of the hazy west coast style that Cellarmaker made their own and figured we'd play it straight down the line for our first release in this style utilising a single hop that suits both styles perfectly with the perennial favourite

It gets hit with a heavy dose of Motueka with just enough Citra and Idaho 7 to round things out

there were hops and they did flourish

dankest expression of Galaxy

All In On Strata West Coast Pilsner Mixed US & NZ hops inThe third beer in our single hop WC Pils series uses a more modern hop but long time brewery fave, Strata! 5. 5% ABV 440ml
