I expect that well never get an instant for 1B that just destroys any creature, but the more options that we get for restricted removal spells the closer we get to having approximately that card exist for any given Cube
That said, it cant be used for creature removal, but Ive never seen someone use every activation of their Gelectrode on anything but their opponents, so an easier-to-untap version of this card just makes sense

Vampire Nighthawk has fallen from grace a little being all to easy to knock out of the way
This alone, combined with Blexs low cost, would make him a prime contender for the position of Snake commander, but he also doubles up as an efficient draw spell
I therefore dont blame the design team for completely neglecting the potentially broken stuff you can do with a Primeval Titan, but my guess is, that they did not think this through completely
