葡萄品種：90% Chardonnay、5% Pinot Blanc、5% Pinot Meunier。

酒莊將原先用於Mes Favorites酒款的其中一塊單獨釀造。也是知名一級園Lavaux Saint-Jacques的延伸，土質富含海百合石灰岩。全數去梗釀造，50%為新桶。散發明亮的紅色漿果、花香、礦物涼感、辛香料、些許森林地氣息。尾韻帶有礦物感，單寧感細緻。是一款展現優雅風格的Gevrey紅酒。
