2025 Dr. Edge Tasmania 'Gamay' (750ml) Dr Edge 'Brut Nature' isDr Edge Gamay is a 100% whole cluster fermented Derwent Valley Gamay. Left on skins and rachis for 15 days and pressed to steel tanks to finish ferment, it eventually made its way to seasoned oak for a 9 month elevage.
