混合三個塊葡萄園，慕尼耶主要來自面朝南的砂質「Montreval」地塊，樹齡50年；白堊土比例高的「Crayère」地塊；面朝北的「Les Cumines」地塊，種植夏多內與慕尼耶。培養24個月後除渣。再靜置6個月後出廠。過程不添加任何SO₂。不中止乳酸發酵、不過濾、不澄清。
