They are made by a process of boiling glass by boiling it to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit and cooling them down to a solid, polished finish. After removed from the kiln each heart is cold worked with diamond disks to give the edges a finished uniform edge and then return to the kiln for a final fire polish.
