釀造：酒莊遵照自然動力法施行耕作，綠色彩。全程使用人工採收，分裝到小型容器以確保葡萄的完整。產率嚴格控制在25~35 hl / ha。只透過原生酵母發酵，只添加最低限量的SO2。不用幫浦推送，裝瓶前不過濾。

葡萄50％均來自「Les Seuvrées」，其餘則來自「Les Jeunes Rois」和「Champerrier du Dessus」。採用10%含梗釀造，經過15天的冷浸泡，以小橡木桶培養，新桶比例約為20%。
