本款的葡萄來自平均樹齡約25歲的葡萄藤，手工採收後透過氣墊式壓榨機進行榨汁，再進行24小時的低溫靜置沉澱。導入橡木桶中進行培養，透過原生酵母發酵。導入橡木桶中進行帶渣培養12個月，新桶比例為40%。之後再換到不銹鋼槽靜置三個月後才開始裝瓶。
