Playing in the Leaves Melissa Simmonds 40cm H x 30cm WPlaying in the Leaves Acrylic on Yupo Paper Framed Playing in the Leaves is an abstract interpretation of one of my favourite childhood activities with my siblings. We had huge autumnal trees in our yard. When the leaves would fall we would rake them into shapes to resemble a home. We would play amongst rooms for days on end. The weather was cool but the sun was warm. My favourite time of year. 56cm x 66cm
