Looking for a cute animal for a birthdaycard
and still have it feel like "my painting"
it made me wish that was the original idea behind it
Original Mad! Pommegranate with the text oopsI drew the original of Mad! in 2021. Mad! is one of two birds from the print Friends. They remind me of multiple people in my life, that are totally different, but still love eachother. I've always been fascinated by the shoebill stork. They are so funny looking and a bit scary and definitely prehistoric. I had a lot of fun drawing them with human expressions. I have been working on having some originals with a matt (passe partout) with a colored rim.
