Skylasher is a pretty obvious inclusion in this deck because it is the best Hexproof creature against Mono-Blue Devotion

1 Lightning Bolt

Unlike my hidden gem list, I ignore popularity for this list

Besides coming with a special Disney 100 frame, each card has a satin holographic foil finish

I have further assumed a distribution of 2 slots to artifacts and colorless cards, 2 each for the five colors, 2 gold cards and either a land slot or an extra gold or artifact/colorless card

As long as you have access to 5 mana, the mere threat of activation makes it very annoying for your opponent to get into combat with your creatures, especially when Dual-Sun Adepts also has double strike
