This blue, red, and white deck is a bit all over the place with its design
Fans at GenCon also got a look at this star-studded set during Lorcanas 2nd Anniversary Celebration panel, which includes even more A Goofy Movie cards including: Powerline Worlds Greatest Rockstar (Standard and Enchanted versions) Song cards : Stand Out (Standard and Epic versions) and I2I (Standard and Enchanted versions) In addition, Fabled introduces two all-new card rarities to the game , bringing the total number to eight, with Epic and Iconic cards joining the existing six (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare, Legendary, and Enchanted)
A scalable Toxic Deluge for four mana isn't bad at all, and any deck in Black that loads up its own graveyard is going to want to run this
Another strong argument is if you expect to be on the receiving end of someone trying to 'deck' you
The fact that the deck has several non-halfling creatures like elves, humans, and treefolk all works really well in my opinion
So, one mana for your second roll, two mana for your third roll, and so on
