3 Gandalf, Westward Voyager The friendly Wizard Gandalf, Westward Voyager encourages you to cast those big spells that Commander loves by giving you extra copies of them

You can then cast Walking Ballista for free and use it to win

You won't scry, and you won't draw a card

That card must be denoted clearly as a proxy and will not be allowed in a different tournament

The new Spectral Arcanist is a wonderful way to "flashback" a spell from anyone's yard and Storm of Souls is one of the coolest new cards from this year, a unique mass reanimation spell in White that isn't a generic staple but rather reeeeally good in Spirit Tribal or Blink decks where the nerfed P/T isn't a noticeable drawback

As far as lower-rarity cards, the big winners are Reclamation Sage and Reliquary Tower (at $10 and $8, respectively), followed by several just-above-bulk cards in the $2 range
