Modern Horizons 3 - Top 10 Most Expensive Cards Modern Horizons 3 recently hit shelves and has brought some powerful Modern playable cards

Enter Team Midnight Otani

(6/18/2021) Due to a 2021 rules change to cascade, not only do you stop exiling cards if you exile a nonland card with lesser mana value than the spell with cascade, but the resulting spell you cast must also have lesser mana value

This spell costs just 2 mana

It also functionally produces mana upon entering, which enables a number of multi-card combos looking to blink this card near-infinite times

The only real downside is it cant bring back lands, and therefore cant ramp you like Sun Titan + Fetch land
