Legendary Pokemon like Deoxys offer a unique appearance, an unusual gimmick, and a roster of beautiful vintage cards to hunt from some of the most expensive sets in the Pokemon TCG

Mega Symphonia (~$93) or Mega Brave (~$90) deliver the best SAR art and MUR chase cards from the same card pool as Pockets B1 set

Mystic Remora, meanwhile, is at least partially balanced by the cumulative upkeep cost and isn't on the Game Changers list, meaning that there are more people out there who are interested in playing it (remove the concern of a higher bracket and you're sure to open up a card to more people)
