Overall) - Veteran Explorer One of my favorite cards for multiplayer ever is this humble one-drop 1/1 in Green
Pete, Bad Guy Hes the bad guy Sometimes rival to Mickey, sometimes friend to Goofy, Pete is a brute who regularly finds himself getting stuck into a punch-up or two
Whether you want to build up a massive army, control the board, or simply appreciate the sheer spectacle of powerful dragons in action, this deck provides a versatile and engaging gameplay experience
Artwork-wise, I prefer the Belle & Beast card, but only marginally, mostly because the dual-ink effect comes across much better with the blue-and-red contrast than with yellow and grey
If more "cantrips" (cards that replace themselves) were costed this aggressively, more of them would have been on this list
It also digs in a 100-card deck and puts stuff into the graveyard for recursion, so it's synergistic with the format and various archetypes like Golgari Reanimation
