booster box ikoria Ikoria: Lair Of Behemoths Draft - MTG Magic The Gathering humans quickly realized what types of defenses were needed to stave off monsters Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths -

Oh, wait, this is actually a Magic card

Another deck I was worried about was Bogles as it has increased in popularity quite a bit since it's Grand Prix Toronto win earlier this year

Most boss monsters that see competitive play at least have immunity to destruction effects or immunity to targeting, which makes them much harder to get rid of once they hit the field compared to other monsters

So, having these cards legal would make it so no one would want to play for ante (especially considering the average price of a Vintage deck), meaning these cards would basically let you play a smaller deck since they would get removed and make you more likely to see your key cards

A perfect place to start if you want to play competitively

Heres what opening the packs looked like for us
