Sato I particularly like the Ninetales illustration

Its no surprise that Giovanni evokes a strong nostalgia for longtime fans, serving as a memorable symbol of the franchises early days and its rich legacy of villainy

On top of that, whenever any player wins a coin flip, you get to double Okauns power and toughness until the end of turn

If you choose 0 and cast a spell with no flavor text, Hardy's triggered ability will trigger and you'll put zero +1/+1 counters on target creature

One rules note: if you choose the same mode twice, the Confluence will do it twice in sequence, so effects that trigger whenever you gain life or whenever you draw a card will trigger multiple times

Even though it isnt as famous as Blastoise, Charizard, or Pikachu, the Pokemon has been Nurse Joys constant companion and fans are hit with nostalgia every time they see it
